Lead. Inspire. Thrive.

In today's complex work, a focus on the whole child is essential to helping young people thrive.

However, it's equally important to provide wellness support to school leaders and educators. Our mission is to empower leaders with customized supports and the necessary resources to foster a culture of wellness.

Through our tailored coaching and strategic consulting, we focus on three fundamental pillars:

  • Nurturing the wellbeing of leaders

  • Cultivating student-centered practices and environments

  • Implementing evidence-based strategies

Consulting Areas of Expertise

School Kids Meditating

1

Adult Learning Support

Supporting adult learning and development is essential for advancing wellness initiatives and transforming systems to promote equity and wellbeing within schools and districts.

We design personalized strategies aimed at encouraging and inspiring individual self-care, fostering collaborative communities, and offering leadership coaching. Simultaneously, we cultivate student-centered mindsets among all staff members to create inclusive environments that prioritize the wellbeing of every student.

2

Youth-Adult Partnerships

Placing youth voice and experience at the core of school-based design and decision-making represents a radical and transformative approach.

Youth partnership is essential for cultivating a school wide culture of wellness and equity that addresses the needs of all young people.

We bring a fervor for student-centered practices to the forefront, offering innovative strategies for partners initiating school wellness initiatives, youth voice, system reform, and more.

We apply evidence-based research on youth and adult design partnerships to guide leadership coaching and new paths forward.

3

Wellness Centers

Establishing dedicated wellness centers or spaces plays a crucial role in assisting youth in overcoming social isolation, fostering connections with supportive adults and peers, and addressing fundamental social-emotional wellness needs.

Recognizing that there is not a universal solution, we assist leaders in co-designing spaces with youth through evidence-based and participatory methods. We seek culturally responsive approaches and community resources to support diverse behavioral health needs.

These spaces offer individuals the autonomy to select from a range of resources that contribute to their holistic wellbeing.
